Abraham Morgentaler MD

Abraham Morgentaler, MD, is an acclaimed international authority in the field of Men’s Health, and is regarded as one of the pioneers of modern testosterone therapy in men. Dr. Morgentaler is Founder and Director of Men’s Health Boston, the first comprehensive Men’s Health Center in the US, established in 1999. He is also an Associate Clinical Professor of Urology at Harvard Medical School, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and teaches medical students, residents, and fellows. Dr. Morgentaler is credited with revolutionizing long-held concepts regarding the relationship of testosterone and prostate cancer. He lectures nationally and internationally on conditions affecting men’s sexual and reproductive health. His areas of interest include testosterone deficiency, sexual dysfunction, male infertility, prostate disorders, vasectomy and microsurgical vasectomy reversal. Dr. Morgentaler’s scientific work has appeared in medical journals such as The New England Journal of Medicine, The Lancet, and The Journal of the American Medical Association.

Dr. Morgentaler is a regular contributor to television and radio shows addressing male issues, and has appeared on numerous national television broadcasts including NBC Nightly News, CBS Evening News, CNN with Anderson Cooper, and CBS This Morning. Dr. Morgentaler was featured in The New Yorker, and his comments have been published in journals such as Newsweek and US News and World Report.
